Eligibility & Requirements

Who can join our adventure fitness programme

Age Requirements

  • 18-22 years old
  • Grade 12 completion or equivalent
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • South African citizenship

Physical Standards

  • 2.4km run under 12 minutes
  • Push-ups: 20+ repetitions
  • Sit-ups: 30+ repetitions
  • Basic medical clearance

Academic Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Mathematics literacy or higher
  • English proficiency
  • Clean criminal record

Commitment Requirements

  • Full-time programme participation
  • Residential training camp
  • 12-week minimum commitment
  • Disciplinary standards adherence
